To celebrate Reed’s 66th birthday, we’ve launched something special. 🎂 Over the coming years, it will support 66 young people on their entrepreneurial journeys. In its first year alone, at least three entrepreneurs will receive £20,000 each, alongside expert mentorship to help grow their businesses. It’s designed for UK-based 18–26-year-olds who are already building something real - a business under three years old with at least one paying customer. That point matters. This is not about theory or aspiration. It’s about recognising early traction, commitment and the courage to start.
Looking Back at International Women’s Day 2026 at Reed: Give to Gain As we look back on this year’s International Women’s Day, the global theme Give to Gain continues to resonate strongly across Reed. Our latest blog highlights how International Women’s Day has always been a moment to pause, reflect, and recognise the progress we’re making toward a fairer, more equitable world of work. What stood out most this year was the way our teams embraced the spirit of the theme — showing how giving time, support, and opportunities creates something bigger for us all. It’s a powerful reminder that belonging doesn’t happen by chance; it grows from everyday actions that lift others up. 💜 When we invest in women, everyone gains. 💜 When we amplify voices, we all rise. 💜 When we nurture belonging, we build workplaces where people truly thrive. If you haven’t seen it yet, the full article offers a brilliant snapshot of how Reed marked the day and what Give to Gain means across our organisation.
