In June, we signed the charter of Autre Cercle, a leading French association for the inclusion of LGBT+ people in the professional world. This charter reinforces our commitment to LGBT+ people following our last signature of the UN Free&Equal charter. We believe in fair treatment for everyone, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity, but also in helping and supporting our employees so that they feel included, respected and valued. We believe in a more inclusive society both inside and outside the company.
In May 2020 we announced the signature of the UN "Free & Equal" charter. An important event that highlights our desire to promote a workplace that reflects the diversity of the communities we serve. Our teams came together to fight the Covid-19 crisis, making visors, contributing to the manufacture of respirators, making donations and providing vehicles – across the world our teams united in a strong spirit of solidarity.
