🎄 Five Days of Christmas Cheer at SECOM! 🎄 This December, our teams across the UK have truly embraced the festive season. From decorated offices and creative workspaces to team photos, Santa and the Grinch visiting Hainault, and the SECOM Elf making surprise appearances, it’s been amazing to see so much Christmas spirit across the business! SECOM Christmas Raffle 2025 🎄 We’re thrilled to share that this year’s raffle raised an amazing £3,464 in ticket sales for Victim Support and Victim Support Scotland! With over 40 fantastic prizes donated by SECOM and our generous suppliers, including a £500 travel voucher, iPad, spa day, gift cards, and so much more, this has been our biggest festive fundraiser of the year. Our incredible SECOM teams from across the UK came together to celebrate, enjoying Christmas lunch in their regional offices and joining virtually for the big raffle draw. A huge thank you to everyone who donated, bought tickets, and supported such an important cause. Together, we’ve made a real difference this Christmas. 🎁

After eight incredible years at SECOM Plc, we bid a heartfelt farewell to Tatsuya Okamoto as he embarks on an exciting new chapter with SECOM. ✨ From adapting to a new culture to helping drive key projects forward, Tad’s optimism, dedication, and team spirit have left a lasting impression on everyone he worked with. As Managing Director Satoru Awano shared: "SECOM Japan has recognised your ability to adapt, and you’ll now be part of a team exploring global expansion. If your work brings you close to the UK, please stop by as you will always be welcome here." Tad’s parting words reminded us of the power of teamwork: "At first, I wanted to support others, but I soon realised that one person alone can only do so much. Team effort brings much greater success. A few years in, I had a moment of realisation. While I had wanted to support the company, in fact, everyone in the company supported me.
