To share a few highlights 🎉: - We reached the milestone of one million bags of food saved from waste through our partnership with Too Good To Go, and successfully piloted surplus food donation with Olio • Share More, Waste Less🌱 - We are embedding product-level carbon footprint insights into our menu development process through our partnership with Klimato – and have introduced carbon labelling to enable more informed choices We have removed around 8.5 million pieces of virgin plastic from our business through a transition to plastic-free hot beverage lids ☕ These achievements would not have been possible without close collaboration with our clients, franchise partners and suppliers – thank you for your partnership. We pulled into Edinburgh Waverley to open our new BrewDog bar. The first customers were greeted in true Scottish style by Louise Marshall. Inside, we have BrewDog’s iconic craft beers on tap as well as BrewDog Distilling Co Wonderland cocktails and spirits, plus a curated wine list so whatever your tipple of choice, we have a glass ready with your name on it. Kari Daniels, CEO of SSP UK & Ireland said: “One of our focus areas over the past 12 months has been to strengthen our offering with key partners, such as BrewDog. We’re delighted to be working with the brewery to bring this new venue to Edinburgh Waverley, our third bar together.
