Shell recently partnered with the BYP Network for the Black Young Professionals Leadership Conference. This year’s summit, held in November, focused on equipping Black professionals to become leaders in their organisations and communities to progress Black economic empowerment. Marcus-Alexander Neil, Global Carbon Programme Lead from Shell Aviation, spoke about his work in decarbonising aviation and exploring solutions to accelerate the aviation industry’s transition towards net zero.
