Celebrating our RSAs: The Porsche Experience at Hockenheimring As our Rental Sales Agents deliver premium service at our branches worldwide, driving our success every single day, we brought them to Heidelberg for three unforgettable days to honor those who go above and beyond. From November 11-13, our colleagues gathered for an event of recognition, collaboration, and celebration: From creative workshops to hands-on sessions with our corporate office colleagues to their own Porsche Experience Day at the iconic Hockenheimring F1 track. These moments bring our team together, inspire new ideas, and remind us why investing in our people matters. Watching our RSAs experience the thrill of high-performance vehicles on one of motorsport's most legendary circuits was truly special. Congratulations to all participants! As Q4 kicks in — that time when both work and life hit top speed with planning, budgeting, and year-end wrap-ups — it was a great change of pace last week to switch focus into a different gear. We were thrilled to welcome our newest Management Trainees to Team Orange — an incredibly talented group, full of drive and ready to accelerate their growth. From 12th to 21st July our @sixt team united to run, hike, and bike in support of the incredible work of the @drying_little_tears SIXT Children’s Aid Foundation. 🌍❤️ Each kilometer covered meant 5€ for the foundation. 🔶 Meet Team Orange: Ross Macnab 🔶 Ross Macnab is our Executive Branch Manager at Edinburgh Airport and celebrates 5 years of being with Team Orange. 🌍 Ross was born in Wegberg near Dusseldorf, Germany, but his career path took him on quite a journey. He spent four years in the army, honing valuable skills and learning the importance of discipline. After his military service, Ross climbed the ranks in hospitality. diverse background prepared him for the challenges and responsibilities of his role at SIXT. What led him to join our team orange? Well, it was a combination of fate and the perfect fit. Ross was drawn to SIXT after seeing a job advertisement, realizing that our company's colors aligned with his football team's colors. It was destiny calling, and he answered. 🌟 Ross's believes in the power of teamwork and values the contributions of his colleagues. His mission is clear: support the team in any way he can, whether it's providing moral support or ensuring the fleet is in prime condition. His team always comes first, and their success is his success. 🧡 To Ross, working at SIXT is not just a job; it's a calling.
