In support of Pride Month and our PRISM employee resource group – an inclusive group fostering awareness and support for LGBTQ+ individuals and allies through policy, education, and community engagement – we are proud to update our social media banners to include the Progressive Pride colors that represent intersectionality and the broader LGBTQ+ community. Our team in Morrisville, NC, recently hosted a JOIN Act with Purpose book donation drive for Books Among Friends, a local non-profit organization run by volunteers. The team donated a total of eight boxes of books, with the proceeds going to support programming in the Durham County Library.
Last month, our Global HR team spent an afternoon volunteering with Note in The Pocket, a local organization in Raleigh, NC, as part of our JOIN Act with Purpose initiative. Note in the Pocket is a non-profit organization committed to supporting those in need in the local community by providing families with high-quality clothing handpicked by their volunteers through their ethos of dignity and love.

In support of the European Council’s Lights for Ukraine campaign, our team In Hradec, Czech Republic, organized a donation drive where employees could donate cans and wax as part of our JOIN Act with Purpose initiative. These donations will be used to make candles for use in Ukraine during power outages.
