At Tide, we believe that when you create environments where employees truly thrive, the impact goes far beyond the workplace—it reaches our members too! That’s why we’re proud that our People & Culture team has won Lattice’s 2025 People Success award - The Innovator Award. Our custom RISE framework (Review, Insight, Support, Engage) achieved 100% participation in feedback, surveys and reviews. Clear evidence of what’s possible when you embed your people philosophy into every layer of the business. This award recognises how our purpose drives our people strategy—when you invest in your team, you enable them to deliver exceptional experiences to your members. At the event, our Global Head of People Operations, Sudarshan Dhati, joined the panel on “Next-Gen HR: Preparing for Tomorrow’s Leaders”—a crucial conversation as Gen Z becomes a third of the workforce and how we can engage them to ensure our members are at the forefront of our employee experience. This recognition is a milestone, but it’s also motivation. We’ll continue pushing boundaries, because when our people thrive, Tide’s members win. #LifeatTide #LoveWhatYouDo #OneTeam #PeopleFirst
🇮🇳🇬🇧 India’s 100 million+ SMEs have incredible potential, and Tide saw this early on. The country’s entrepreneurial energy and vast opportunities made it the perfect place for us to launch in December 2022, building on our strong success in the UK. Both the UK and India are also basking in the glow of the UK-India Free Trade Agreement. The dynamism following the 6 May deal has been palpable.🤝 As part of this, our CEO Dr. Oliver Prill, and CEO in India Gurjodhpal Singh, were honoured to again meet India’s Minister of Commerce and Industry, Piyush Goyal. We had an energetic discussion about Tide's India expansion of talent and member base (more than 700,000 members and rising!) and payments. 🚀 India’s journey is very impressive and Tide is playing its part in this growth. #UKIndiaFTA#Fintech#SMEs#TradeAgreement
Last month, our engineering leaders — 💻 Andy Stewart, Teodor Iliev, and Arūnas Kareckas — visited Vilnius and as part of our partnership with Architus for open, honest discussions on building high-performing teams. No corporate fluff. Just real conversations about scaling banking technology that supports 10% of UK SMEs, navigating the transition from individual contributor to manager, and how AI is helping us work smarter. The result? Meaningful, in-depth discussions we all wish happened more often. Our tech teams in Lithuania are shaping the future of fintech for businesses. If you’re looking for a remote-first opportunity where you can work with global teams and create real impact — come join a place where you’ll truly#LoveWhatYouDo. https://www.tide.co/careers/ #LifeAtTide#TideTech#Lithuania

🇬🇧 🇧🇬 Celebrations in London & Sofia - Tide Spring Social 2025 At Tide, Socials are our way of celebrating the end of a great season and the beginning of new possibilities. This year's Spring Social was no exception! In May, Tideans in both the UK and Bulgaria hit pause on their workday to celebrate our Q1 wins. Teams came together for an evening of good food, great music, and fun games in London and Sofia. These moments embody what it means to grow together at Tide. We build connections that strengthen our hashtag#OneTeam culture, because the best teams celebrate successes as one. It's moments like these that remind us why we love what we do. When we take time to connect and celebrate, we bring that same passion back to helping small businesses save time and money. Here's to the incredible people who make Tide, Tide!
