We are delighted to share our latest Macmillan Cancer Support Impact Report for January 2024! 📦 665 care packages were delivered. 👥 80 volunteers involved across all Welcome Break sites. 🏢 18 Welcome Break sites involved across England and Wales – Macmillan Cancer Support's largest ever multi-site corporate volunteering opportunity. 💰 Approx £6,550 worth of items were delivered! Huge thank you to our incredible teams for all their hard work - the impact would not be possible without their dedication and goodwill. We are thrilled to share that two Team Members from our Head Office have packed and donated a total of 83 care packages for cancer patients at Northampton Hospital. Working with our partners and suppliers, we have donated essential items such as hats, gloves, toiletries and treats, aiming to bring comfort to those bravely facing the challenges of cancer this Christmas. Our sites up and down the UK are currently creating more care packages to donate to hospitals local to our sites. This initiative wouldn't be possible without the incredible dedication and generosity of our Team Members and suppliers. We are so proud that the Welcome Break Charitable Fund, in partnership with Macmillan Cancer Support, is making a tangible impact on the lives of individuals fighting cancer, offering them a little extra support and kindness during their journey. #Community #CancerSupport #GivingBack
Another fantastic week of Leadership Development with our High Potential Class of 2023. Our Talent Development Manager Stevie Malone took our leaders on a Coaching Masterclass. The group focused on proactive communication, building rapport, enhancing confidence and changing perspectives. It was fantastic to see everyone engaged, committed and sharing open and honestly.
