We're looking for a Videographer & AI Content Creator to help bring the boohooMAN brand to life across social media. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes content creation, understands the latest social trends, and is excited by the opportunities AI presents to create engaging content faster and smarter.

Working closely with the Social, Creative and Marketing teams, you'll create trend-led, social-first content that drives engagement, grows our audience and keeps boohooMAN part of the conversation.

This role will be based out of our Ancoats, Manchester office.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
When it comes to content, we're not afraid to be brave. Social media is one of the most powerful ways we connect with our customers, and we're looking for someone who can help us create standout content that captures attention and drives results.

Reporting into Studio Manager, the Videographer & AI Content Creator will be responsible for producing engaging video content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms. You'll combine creativity, cultural awareness and AI-powered tools to deliver innovative content that keeps boohooMAN ahead of the game.

  • Create engaging, social-first video content for boohooMAN across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms.
  • Use AI-powered creative tools to support content ideation, video editing, captions, imagery and content production.
  • Film, edit and publish high-quality short-form content that resonates with the boohooMAN customer.
  • React quickly to trends, cultural moments, creator content and platform opportunities.
  • Research trending sounds, formats, creators, AI tools and social innovations to inspire fresh content ideas.
  • Work closely with Social, Creative, Marketing and Brand teams to develop content that drives engagement, reach and brand awareness.
  • Support content creation around product launches, campaigns, influencer partnerships and key trading moments.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content across shoots, events and brand activations.
  • Generate innovative content concepts aligned to the boohooMAN brand voice and audience.
  • Edit content quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high creative standards.
  • Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach and content effectiveness.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, social trends and emerging AI technologies.
  • Support content planning and campaign launches across social channels.
  • Identify opportunities to improve creative output and content performance through AI-enabled workflows.
  • Collaborate with influencers, creators and internal teams to bring ideas to life.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Experience creating video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other social platforms.
  • Strong video editing skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar software.
  • Experience using AI creative tools to support content creation and editing.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, internet culture and content performance.
  • Ability to identify trends and create reactive content at pace.
  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills.
  • Comfortable filming both professional and mobile-first content.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Passion for fashion, social media and youth culture.
  • A proactive, collaborative and adaptable approach to work.
