Job Title: Management Support Team Administrator
Department: Adult Inpatient Services
Duration: This is a temporary role, and it is currently due to last roughly 12 weeks
Location: Hellesdon Hospital, Drayton High Rd, Norwich, NR6 5BE
Hours: 22.5 hours per week, any 3 days between Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm
Pay Banding: Band 3 – £14.05 per hour
Trust: Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust

Main Duties of The Job
This role will predominantly support the Adult Inpatient Senior Leadership Team; however, responsibilities may change dependent on service need. Main duties include:
· Contribute to effective communication by liaising with internal and external parties and agencies as required on behalf of the team.
· Effective diary management as required for team members to include appointments / meetings, regular commitments to assist in organising the workload.
· To use electronic systems to input and access information as required by the management team.
· Attend and contribute to internal / external meetings relevant to the post, including minute taking.
· Deal with correspondence and communication liaising, prioritising and co-ordinating with the team
· To maintain a clear code of conduct and high standards of customer service in terms of dignity, respect and excellent customer service to all internal and external customer
General administrative duties will also be undertaken to support the wider Service Business Support Team and will include, but not be limited to, minuting of meetings, diary management, recruitment, using procurement systems and liaising with other Teams/Agencies as necessary.
You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
