Job Title: Clinical Support Team Administrator

Department: Mental Health Liaison Service

Duration: This is a temporary role, and it is currently due to last up to 12 weeks, but this could be extended

Location: Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, Colney Ln, Norwich, NR4 7UY

Hours: 37.5 hours, Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm

Pay Banding: Band 3 – £14.05 per hour

Trust: Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust

The postholder must have the following experience:

Job Description

This role will predominantly support the Care Group and Senior Leadership Team; however, responsibilities may change dependent on service need. Main duties include:

· Contribute to effective communication by liaising with internal and external parties and agencies as required on behalf of the team.

· Effective diary management as required for team members to include appointments / meetings, regular commitments to assist in organising the workload.

· To use electronic systems to input and access information as required by the management team.

· Attend and contribute to internal / external meetings relevant to the post, including minute taking.

· Deal with correspondence and communication liaising, prioritising and co-ordinating with the team

· To maintain a clear code of conduct and high standards of customer service in terms of dignity, respect and excellent customer service to all internal and external customer

General administrative duties will also be undertaken to support the wider Service Business Support Team and will include, but not be limited to, minuting of meetings, diary management, recruitment, using Oracle and liaising with other Teams/Agencies as necessary.

You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
