Does General Mills pay for a gym membership?

Pros

Best work culture where each team member is very supportive. Free Cab,food and gym

Cons

Timings are little odd but you get work from home lot often to compensate.

Advice to Management

Please work on salary structure to attract new talent

What is the retirement plan like at General Mills?

Pros

They do a lot for their employees! Expanded maternity/paternity leave for employees. Great 401k program. A lot of opportunity for advancement.

Cons

Packaged food industry is extremely competitive so hard to max out bonus.

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. Focus on innovation and getting the right people in the right jobs. Makes a huge difference!

Does General Mills offer dental insurance?

Pros

Health, dental, vision, legal, pet insurance, 401k, work-from-home, work-life-balance (with the 'right' manager)

Cons

Heavy turn-over in manager and above roles leads to instability in some groups.

Advice to Management

Keep fostering an inclusive culture - this is a good thing. Value loyalty and experience in strategic roles vs. less expensive, inexperienced workers less likely to stick around long enough to build stronger foundations.
