Micromanage everything right down to the seconds on the phone wh I ch can be very annoying at times. Depending on who your Team Lead is. It is not the same company that Herb ran. All they care about is $$$$$. Which is fine. As a company you want to make money. But offering great customer service along the way and getting to know a little bit about your customers keeps them coming back.
