How are the career development opportunities at Synchrony?

I have been with synchrony from last 9+ years. It is an awesome company. It offers great benefits and flexibility. Im glad to be part of synchrony family. I love this company and have lot of gratitude. Synchrony offers permanent work from home & career growth opportunities.

Nothing to mention. I never come across any cons so far in my tenure.

So queuing 24/7, most of customer is mad about their card being decline

Although remote, you must live within a certain amount of miles from a hub

HR is obsessed with great places to work rating. Matters more than managers and employees actual work and the clients we serve. Lack of career advancement options.

The people are amazing to work with. The overall business strategy is strong and stable. Benefits are great and remote work is a huge bonus.

The HR and opportunity to move up within your current teams are impossible you have to go to another team completely even though you have strong knowledge and they don’t want to loose that.
