After 6 weeks, and 3 days total sickness in that time, I was fired. Despite getting positive feedback about how well I was doing. In my application, I told them I had ADHD and needed things in writing, despite that, all I had was phone calls and never anything confirmed in writing. The review form for my absence was filled in wrong. Then I had a review and was fired, and I have had nothing in writing about that either. I still don't really understand why I was let go. On the portal there are documents that are completely inaccessible to view, like their whistle-blowing policy. I worked really hard at that job, and was given great feedback. Other receptionist would sit on their phones, but I get fired? I was told I wasn't proactive enough, but hoovering, cleaning the mirrors, cleaning the lifts, that's not good enough? I specifically checked several times as to whether I was doing ok, doing enough. I said that if I don't see things that need doing to please tell me. The training is clearly not good enough if I'm not doing things that I haven't been told I should be doing.
