A different shift schedule is given each week so it is not easy for team members to have personal things regularly.

~department managers did not give positive reinforcement but shift leads usually did ~break was ten minutes and store was so large by time you signed out for break and got to break area you used 1.5 minutes of your break ~standing long periods of time and bagging heavy grocery bags while store support shift leads and store support managers talked at customer service booth and didn't help you was frustrating

- understaffed. Often times at the coffee bar, it would be more beneficial to have 3 people working; usually stuck by yourself with short overlap of 2 people during your shift. And they do this on purpose. They used to have 3 people working there as told by coworkers who have been there longer.

Pros are you are paid well and you get to work around some really cool people. Discount of 20% is nice but still pretty expensive to exclusively shop there. your 30 min break is part of your 8 hour shift so your break is technically paid which is nice.

If you are working register you can easily be burnt out. Because of the high influx of customers, coworkers are generally frustrated and agitated especially during big bursts. Busiest on the weekends for sure. I was hired on as part time and apparently that meant scheduling me at 38.5 hours per week while i was a student. I discussed this issue multiple times and things never really changed. Pay was nice but I received no benefit for basically being a full time employee.
