Fraud company fraud HR. Guys please be aware. I cleared everything and got the offer letter and joining date. When i go there for joining after completing my notice period and left my last company. They asked to me sign minimum 2 years of service agreement. I was shocked and said that, i have 4 years of experience i will never sign this agreement. HR said that, this is our company policy while they never told me about this policy neither at the time of interview call, face to face interview even not told me at the time of offer letter also. They spoiled my one month to search new job because i rejected to sign that agreement and they said you can't join us without signing this agreement. And they harassed me by saying that, you left your last company and you are jobless now.
