For my interview process at 107 taste it was in the restaurant and the owners began to ask me lots of questions. To just see how i would answer and they wanted to make sure i could easily speak to people and how i would react in certain situations overall. The most important thing was my people skills and making sure that their workers were nice happy people that knew the customer is always right and should be treated with respect in all situations no matter what.
