I applied online. I interviewed at 10up in Oct 2024
Interview
My interview was with someone from the recruiting team, which was the next step after submitting my resume, then filling out a questionnaire as a follow up. The interview itself felt fairly formal at first, but then the recruiter sort of lightened up a bit. I was asked for my experience in certain scenarios and was also able to ask questions at the end. Overall, it felt like a typical first interview.
The recruiter was great to talk with, but I was unable to get a second round interview despite meeting the job post qualifications because the senior PMs wanted to prioritize candidates with more years of experience.

How many years of digital project management experience do you have?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at 10up (Portland, OR) in May 2024
Interview
Their hiring process is very structured and well documented; I was provided with resources and a detailed outline of how the interview process would go. It was so nice and refreshing to be able to come prepared and know what to expect. The folks on the hiring team I worked with were lovely. Incredibly friendly and — while the interview was structured with the standard questions — it was also peppered in with some pleasant chit chat; overall just a very comfortable experience. In the end, I didn't get selected, but the hiring manager sent me a very thoughtful email with feedback, which was very much appreciated.
