Three-stage interview process. The first is with the hiring manager. The second is a coding interview. The final interview is 30 min presentation, 6 1-1 discussions, 10 min research proposal presentation, and an HR call. Although I did not get an offer, the recruiting team and hiring managers were very polite, very responsive, and did offer to recommend other positions. Compared to other companies, the process is very communicative. One suggestion would be to remove the 10 min research proposal presentation since it is a lot of investment from the candidates' perspective, and the timeline for the final decision could be improved. Highly recommend the recruiting team, though.
