Process was easy. There was constant communication between the hiring personal and me was able to meet potential managers and speak with them. There was a phone interview and also a online meeting over a video conference platform

Interview
The first interview process was pretty simple, 2U send you assessment to evaluable yourself and they would test you. The second interview process is HR screen interview which is 30 mins. Overall it's pretty easy. The third interview process is with hiring team. The interview questions are fairly simple on how to provide customer service with regards to customer issues. I answer all the questions. The hiring team told me that they would make a decision within a week. I email the hiring manager and HR team. No reply after the interview. I notice that "Technical Support Specialist" job posting is back on indeed and 2U website. During my experience interview with them. I notice the job posting was taken down. So in summary, I was not selected. No reason given to me. I got recently email statement "they decided to move forward other candidates". Low paying job 17 dollars an hour. They have high expectation of you for such low paying job. It seems very bias company. Good Luck for anyone who apply to work for them. Be ready 10 level experience IT job with 17 dollar an hour job.
