      Software Engineer Interview

      13 Mar 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at 2open in Mar 2025

      Interview

The first round of the interview is 10-15 minutes long. You get a general information about the company and the open position in it. The questions are easy, however, the correct answer depends on minor details. The tricky part is that the interviewer is rushing, speaking fast, avoid clarifying important details. She watches your persistence in getting those details, while trying to burn you out from the very beginning.

      Interview questions [2]

      Question 1

The interviewer asks how good you fit the role, how do you stand out, etc. The tricky part is that interviewer does not let you learn much information about the prospective role.

      Question 2

Assume you can ask queries whether the random number between 1 and 1000 is more, less or equal to the number of your choice. How many queries do you need to learn this random number for sure?
