3aaa Apprenticeships interview questions

I was taken for the preliminary assessments in Maths, English and IT to show that I could do them all at a GCSE standard. After that, I had a 1:1 interview where they were just getting to know you as a person without putting too much presure on answering the questions 'right'.

I applied for a role I saw on the 3aaa website. I rewrote my CV and a cover letter tailored to the role as advertised, which took me a weekend to get spot on. On the Monday I called to check they had received my application and also confirm the details of the role. The contact on the phone was clearly in a rush and didn't want to talk to me. I was abruptly told the role had been filled and rather than be apologetic that they had wasted my time, I would go as far as to say that the contact was rude. If a position has been filled they should be removing these from their website as it is a waste of everyone's time. I had been really enthusiastic about 3aaa as the job role was perfect for my experience and now not only am I disappointed that the role is filled, but the attitude of the HR contact has a left a bitter taste.
