The owner Andy was on his phone throughout the interview and ignored me or cut me off when I answered a question, I thought the entire time he was playing on his phone until I found out later on from my co-workers he records all the interviews without them being aware or ask their permission to be recorded, why does he record us? so he can confirm that can he can take away £250 from our wages if we 'under certain circumstances' get fired during our 6 MONTHS PROBATION, He also kept threatening how it easy it will be to fire the employees and hire a 16 year old cause they were cheap labour compared to the adults, if I wasn't so desperate for money I would not have taken this job, DO NOT APPLY TO THIS PLACE.
