Interview
Started with an in person interview at the location which was good and friendly with the manager. Second interview was with the CEO of the company via zoom. It was a very different vibe than the location interview, and made me glad I didn't get the position.

What would you do if a child is disrupting a lesson?
Asked if I have experience with kids, art, if I'm okay getting clay in my hair, told me the job is "teaching and smiling", asked if I'm okay being available for all weekends no exceptions.

What if a kid was being disruptive while you teach?
Overall the interview last 10-15 minutes so its short and easy, ask your education, teaching experience and how can you define self care. Also ask your available work hours and willing to work overtime or not.
