It was very unprofessional. No JD was provided. I cleared 1st round of interviews for the same believing I was considered fit for the role. for the second round, the interviewer was yawning on my face while I was describing my work. After that, I was told that I'm unfit for the role as I have no experience in international logistics and I was pretty clear during the screening and 1st round I had no experience in international logistics. Did that not reflect on my CV during screening?????? stop wasting people's time. If you do not find any candidate suitable please do not take it any further
