1st screening video call with recruiter with standard questions about my background, why I want to join the company, etc.
2nd video interview with the hiring manager about the role, challenges etc.
3rd stage is an assessment based on the role you're applying fore
4th stage is with upper management

Interview
I had an interview with EIEI (Recruitment Business Partner). It went well. She explained about the company clearly. Since it was the first interview, I could not ask job-related questions.
