Interview
3 stage interview, first stage is with hiring manger, 1-2hrs, very technical and detailed . 2nd panel interview lot of questions , no time to think about answer, they want to see if you are quick on your feet and can handle pressure, 3rd interview with CEO drills you with questions about your experience, and results, if you do not know something say it it's OK, but DO NOT TRY to BS him. He always asks questions which he knows answer to.
