the HR did an online call , entered the call late, from a gas station, very noisy, entering all the candidates in one call and wasted almost 30 mins
then send us google form link saying it's an english test we have to do it on spot.

There is no interview process, some emails then they will interview you in a hotel lobby. After that, if you are not accepted, you will get nothing, neither responding to emails nor phone calls. you feel like they are scammers. Simply non-professional resources.
