Average. They made a lot of fake promises during the interview which could clearly not be fulfilled. They wanted overqualified people to work for fresher level pay and always be at their beck and call.

Hiring process was smooth , My Interview was been scheduled in the Head office. After 3 Rounds of Interview my Job was confirmed. My skills were thoroughly screened & Salary was been declared above my expectation before giving offer letter.
