The initial screening process for the interview was carried out through the use of WhatsApp as the primary communication tool, and following the successful completion of this step, a formal online interview was scheduled. Additionally, after the screening process was completed, an assessment test was distributed to gauge my qualifications and understanding of the job position for which I had applied.

It was okay. Just a normal interview process. But you have to write while the interview is ongoing. You are given only a few minutes to write a 200-word essay. They are all nice.
