I submitted my resume and got a reply a few weeks later. I was interviewed over zoom. The interview was pretty casual. It was more of a conversation rather than a formal interview for this specific position. At the end I was offered an internship and told I would get an email with more information on formally accepting later.
It was laid back and low stakes. Due to the pandemic, the interview process was all online including the interview. Kelli, the interviewer, was very nice and easy to talk to.
