Run. Company offers ridiculously low wages ($40,000 for a Water Resources PE) and requires you to sign a 5 year non-compete agreement for the RTP area. The interview itself was standard, but there piles of resumes on the table of recent graduates that were working in gas stations and restaurants. The whole experience seemed predatory in terms of finding labor at lowest cost.
