A1 Future Technologies interview questions

I applied using company website. The process was very smooth. Once I reached office, I did not have to wait for long. After basic questions about my educational qualification and job experience, I was asked to go for a machine test. I was given a small half hour work. They checked it and liked it. So I was given an offer immediately which I accepted and I was asked to join from next week. Office was clean and professional. Interviewer was pretty friendly and knowledgeable.

A tiny one man company, with no felicities ..Office in a residential building, You have to work in Saturdays, with low salary (a tea stall guy earn more than this) . The group D staff like the sweeper aunty started scolding me for not carrying a pen with me as I was given a form to fill up, disappointing rude behavior... They will not trust you, and keep on asking you same questions about previous company with a doubt, even after showing them payslip .... I kept waiting for 45mins and finally was called for the interview. I travailed 25kms in hot summer taking a leave from office , but they just asked me about previous company , and my family.... And nothing else about the job or technology, and said "we will call you if you are shortlisted" Its so funny... The questions they asked is already written in my cv, then why they called me for the interview ?? to see my face?? just waste of time and money .... No future in this tiny company, only advertisement of there prize and medals.. actually it was a local cyber cafe , so dont expect much.... Very Disappointed for harassing me like this.
