Interview
I met with the founders who were nice people at first. They strung me along and asked me to do a presentation for the role and afterward, there was no follow up. They essentially ghosted me. It was surprising to see some of my ideas used in campaigns. I don't recommend the experience
I remember interviewing with one of the co-founders first a few years ago, interview went well and he was nice. But the hiring process was ridiculous, they make you meet with more people at the company, ask you to do a content project and then ghost you. Bad management on their part, at least have the decency to answer a follow up email.

I had two rounds of interviews with one of the founders and the director of e-commerce. Both interviews were mainly conversational, which assessed my work style and my passions. It was a great opportunity to get to know the company.
