The interviewers were very knowledgeable and asked relevant, thoughtful questions. They were friendly and professional, taking time to explain the company culture and growth opportunities. They seemed genuinely interested in my responses and provided good insights about the role and team dynamics. The finance director was particularly impressive with her expertise and vision for the department.
Overall, it felt like a collaborative conversation rather than an interrogation. They were transparent about expectations and challenges in the role.
