There is first an online application, which can be for a specific role, or an 'open application '. Following that, there are two rounds of interviews wherein you are told a bit about the company and your interests and aptitudes are discussed. Of course, you are called for the second one if the first one is positive. If the second is positive you receive an offer letter.
