Applied and was called for an interview pretty quickly. First interview was with two staff. Informed that the process requires three interviews (2nd with Program Director, 3rd with CEO). There was about 3-4 weeks in between each interview. Made it through each of the three interviews and received zero response from the organization on the status of being considered for the position. Each interview was essentially the same, they asked the same questions and seemed clueless that I had already answered these questions. Everyone was very friendly, but clearly don't understand how much they are waisting people's time and aren't courteous enough to follow up after dragging someone on for 2-3 months and providing no answer. They were also very vague about salary and benefits. I mentioned needing time off because I am doing my Master's and need 1 week off each semester, and was basically told they could try to make it work, but because it is a small organization, they do not have the flexibility of giving that much time off.
Seems like a great organization, but having three interviews for an entry level position is not practical at all! Especially when you will not disclose salary or benefits.
