Four top leaders conducted three rounds of interviews with me. Many behavioral questions were posed, but no technical ones. Overall, I was fulfilling all the requirements and got good feedback at the last interview round. They promised to let me know within a week. Unfortunately, it has been almost 4–5 months and neither they have replied to my emails nor I have received a rejection email. I think businesses should uphold certain moral principles, and ADP must immediately do so. They ought to respect the time of each applicant, especially when they are spending 4-5 hours in their interview rounds.
