After submitting an online application, it took around a week to receive an invite for the first 30-min screening call from HR to appoint date & time for a MS team call. After confirming, I didn't receive any invite for MS team in that week but did get it in the week later. The process was rushed as HR asked for a MS team call in the next day after confirming to join the first interview. The questions were very standard and based on behavior such as why you applied for the position or why I wanted to change jobs. Pretty generic info. Then, again, HR rushed the process and wanted me to be available for the second interview at their office on a few days after that call.
On the day of the second interview, everything seemed perfect. The hiring manager and panel asked pretty generic questions to the point that they didn't allow me to showcase much of my technical knowledge and skills. At the end of the interview, I was told I would hear back from them in a few weeks but that was the last time I talked to all of them.
After a few weeks, I followed up with the HR personnel via email, the only feedback I received was silence. No updated application tracking in their website. Then I sent another email later and yet again silence is the loudest reply from them.
For anyone who thinks this is a company in the 500 Fortune and make you look good in your CV, please consider it carefully if this is a workplace you want to grow with.
They are still living up to their reputation of ghosting candidates. And, yes, my experiences accentuated the unfavorable reviews in this website over the past few years. It seems like ghosting has become their culture and is "STILL" valid until now.
