ADP Core Sales interview questions

I was excited to interview with ADP as I had amazing referrals and internal connections whom I had spoken to beforehand about the company and role. The first interview was a phone screen, second was a video, the third interview was where things went bad. I felt as though the manager spent nearly two hours berating me and asking me questions that didn’t pertain to the job at all. He kept mentioning how he “doesn’t want to babysit anyone” and how you won’t succeed if “you’re wasting your time on social media”….like what? He also asked in the middle “so how do you think this interview is going?” Between the extremely lengthy process (almost 2 months!) and the disrespect from what would have been my direct manager, it was easy to decline. I also had another job offer anyways.
