Very Straight forward, standard interview process, multiple rounds of interviews, starting with the first discussion a 30-minute phone screening with the ADP recruiter, then a follow-up with the hiring manager.

Starts off with a 45min phone screen with recruiting. Next is a video interview with the sales team members, and then a final round after that.
Base pay is $45k, with OTE at $65k.
