I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Norfolk, VA) in Feb 2018
Interview
This might have been the worst interview process I've ever encountered in my entire career. A friend who works there told me that it wasn't what it seemed to be on the surface and after going through the process, I can see what he meant. I'll tell you my interview story and let you make your own judgement.
They took so long to respond that I got two other job offers while waiting for them. One was out of state and I didn't want to take it but it paid very well. The other was right in Norfolk and it paid right at what is comparable to a Director at ADP. So when ADP eventually extended an offer for manager instead of director to me, I said "I received an offer the day before and I really like ADP. These are the reasons I believe that a higher offer is in both of our interests. Could you let me know if this offer is the best offer ADP can present to me?"
Apparently, trying to negotiate my compensation package was the most upsetting thing I could have done. A VP spoke with me and despite agreeing with my points, chewed me out for 45 minutes on the phone. It was like he wanted me to beg for a position they'd already offered me that was tens of thousands of dollars below every other option I had.
He said that I was a poor communicator. Twice in the conversation he asked me "What if I rescind the offer?" The first time he asked I said, "That'd be unfortunate." The second time I said, "Then you wouldn't be a man of your word." At this point, he sounded like he was turning into the Incredible Hulk. Prior to that conversation, I still considered going with ADP over other options because the work environment appeared to be civil and human. After that conversation, there was nothing that would have made me go there. They circled back and rescinded the offer.
Behind the pleasant masks of a warm, diverse, and transparent culture I discern a Machiavellian and sociopathic heart of at least some in leadership. And reality is that's probably true to some extent at any company but not many would have the audacity to offer you a filet mignon, switch it to an angus beef burger, and get angry when you show that you're used to five star surf and turf and ask "Can we come to a better solution?"

Great interview process with serval people so you can know how the company is run. Loved getting to meet so many of my peers. Very through with the opportunity to ask questions as well.
Entretien Telephonique qui a durée 20 min assez bref pour s'ssurer de la conformité du CV et du parcours profesionnel. PAs de nouvelles après relance par mail plusieurs jours après l'entretien.

Interview
ADP has a legacy as company, but their interview processes is too scripted, eye washer, peers interviewing who are new to the role. Have you really got good talent with this model or have you just got YES Boss! employees.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
a) Scripted b) lack of clarity on questions during multiple handoff rounds or panel interviews c) they want peers to interview and give decision making power ? really? Do you think this is D&I ? Please get an expert opinion on this strategy. Fundamentally one of the peer means someone at equi-par or lower level can pose question and analyze a response. They at Director level are those promoted an year ago or have the least amount of Leadership experience, yet. They feel a threat when an outsider comes with higher degree of knowledge, has better skills and can quickly be in a dominant position. Have you really thought through your interview strategy ADP? Your questions are so scripted that it is all on the internet. What Leadership Style do you carry? Which era are we in? Have you heard from any one that I am an Authoritarian? Dont you think you need to be one when dealing with bad people or especially in downsizing? Are you playing double standards here?
