Interview
I applied for the Implementation Specialist II position and within 2 days, I was contacted to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was very automated. There was no room for you to really say what you did in previous job and how got it done. The recruiter told me that it would take one to two weeks to know if I move on to the next process.
Then, I got an email indicating that I need to take an assessment, which I did. After that, I kept getting emails that their system showed I had taken the assessment and was a process that had to be done. I would on the link and it said that their records indicate I did take the assessment. I was able to get into contact with someone in ADP and fixed it. However it’s be almost 8 weeks since then and I have not received any updates as to whether I am moving forward or not. I will never waist my time again with ADP. No regard for the people that apply.

phone interview and then video interview. If you are near the office I believe it's a in person interview. Sometimes it takes a while to get the interview but if you are confident you would have good chances

It's been a while but I believe they asked the usual interview questions like describe a difficult situation and how you handled it. It's best to use the STAR method when answering questions.

Interview
The interview was good, and the hiring manager told me that I was very thorough and gave excellent responses, in addition to my relative experience. I was also told that I would be hearing back from the recruiter the same week. However I have not recieved any feeback or follow up about the interview from the recruiter, even after me following up with the Thank You letter and (3) follow up letters because I really wanted this job.. Still nothing from the recruiter. So Ironically I received an email survey from ADP recruitment, I left my rating and comment and wouldnt you know an hour after that I get another generic email saying they have moved on to other candidates.. Sighs.. these companies I tell ya.. SMH

Had to go through multiple rounds with standard interview questions. The only thing that was useless was the video interview, after the video I had an in person interview with the same questions.
