Interview
Applied online and was asked for a phone interview. I was told about the job description, asked basic questions from my resume, asked what I know about ADP, and then asked to talk about myself and why do I think I qualify. Was contacted a week later and told the position was closed.

Question 1
I was asked to talk about myself and why I think I qualify for the position. I was personally thrown off a little bit because it seemed that the phone call at that moment was being recorded - I would recommend being very prepared in trying to sell yourself in that moment. They want a clear, confident answer.
Phone interview, then video interview, then in person. Make sure you complete the "homework" they assign you prior to each interview stage. Otherwise it's not a terribly difficult process. I had to do a role play call in my in-person interview, but again it wasn't bad.
Easy process - phone interview and In-person. Spoke with the recruiter first and then with the VP of sales before the in person. In person was with 3 sales executives.
Come prepared the recruiter definitely will set you up because in the end they get paid on you getting hired. Take a day or two to at least prepare for it and wear a suit if you’re a male female business suit works well too go in confident with enthusiasm and high energy
