I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2012
Interview
Consisted of 3 interviews, a ride along, and a mock sales meeting with the sales director. They were all very friendly but you could tell it was a competitive atmosphere. They wanted people who were aggressive and direct. Eye contact, clear and concise questions, and an easy smile will give you a good shot at the job.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Milwaukee, WI) in Aug 2025
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me telling me about two open positions. One was for BD and the other was for AM. He set up an interview with the hiring manager to determine what the best fit was for me. The first thing the hiring manager said was they didn't currently have any openings but wanted to interview for the future. While I appreciate the manager was upfront, the recruiter was not.
