the Interview process is 3 rounds. 1st is a screening phone call, second is call with vp of sales, and third is a pannel style interview. Very straight forward process if you show you are eager, money motivated, determined, and a people person you will be the ideal candidate.
Process included a phone screen with the recruiter, an interview with the VP of sales, a top performing employee interview and finally a manager panel with a sales role play scenario and behavioral questions.

They asked me to walk through a sales role play where I was an ADP rep pitching payroll services to a small bagel shop referred by an existing client.
Do not recommend, had to go in the field shadowing someone for a full work day, get back to the office at 4:30, do an interview with a rude manager that seemed like they did not want to be there.

Interview
Phone interview -> Interview with VP of Sales -> Multiple in-person interviews with two separate panels of Sales Executives.
The team was great, responsive, and a fresh of breath air.
