Interview
First, let me say there are 2 interviews that I went through for the position. First one was with 3 employees. Interview process was just like any other company - tell us about yourself, previous experience that relates to the position applied for, difficult/frustrated customers and how to de-escalate the issue.
I received an email a day or two later letting me know they wanted me to do the 2nd interview that would include the CEO of the company. Went to that interview the following week. He did ask more detailed questions, but nothing nerve wracking. It was a pleasant experience all the way around.

Interview
The interview process was unprofessional and tedious. I applied two months ago, heard back two weeks to be told the interviewer went on vacation, and would be in touch when she came back two weeks later. Assumed the worse and moved on, until contacted again when I was about to finish up my job interviews. Left me hanging once more without a peep about being open for discussions. Unprofessional and rude. Did not follow industry hiring practices to respond to applicants. Terrible recruiter. Total waste of time.
Company has been in business for over 15 years (according to the CA Kepler Office of the State Secretary.)
