Good over all, was a quick phone call before the second real interview. In the interview, behavior questions were asked. There were no SMART questions expected to the second interview.
Easy, nothing too hard. The people were very kind and interested. It took all in all about 30 minutes. I cannot stress enough the importance of having questions prepared beforehand. They value preparation.
